Returns
We hope you love what you receive, but if something’s not quite right, you may request a refund of a purchase made through the website www.alulawearwild.com, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery of the item.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging. Returns not meeting these standards will receive a partial refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at alulawearwild@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is at your own cost. For international returns, please mark the customs declaration as "return of goods, no commercial value" and reference your order number. Doing so avoids customs charges being applied to your return. If Alula is required to pay customs charges upon completion of the return because of an incomplete or incorrect customs declaration, the cost of the charges paid by Alula will be deducted from your refund.
You have two shipping return options:
- Ship it yourself: Arrange the return with a courier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service, Alula isn't responsible for packages lost or delayed before they reach us.

Let us arrange it: We'll send you a prepaid return label. The cost of the label, plus any customs or import charges we incur on the returned parcel, is deducted from your refund. We'll show you the estimated deduction before you ship.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
