Pre-order pieces ship according to the timeline and terms of the pre-order event. All other pieces ship within three (3) to four (4) business days of order confirmation.

We currently ship to the United States and Switzerland using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Alula is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other circumstances beyond our control once a package has been shipped for delivery. Unless otherwise expressly stated, international orders do not include local import taxes, customs duties, or carrier handling fees. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
